Olga and Tony welcome you to Strumhor, a four star bed and breakfast in the village of Connel, five miles from Oban on the west coast of Scotland. The house enjoys a beautiful loch-side location with magnificent views of the Falls of Lora and provides comfortable, affordable accommodation with light, contemporary decor.
Begin your stay with afternoon tea and home-baking in our conservatory overlooking the sea (look out from here for a variety of birds, as well as seals and otters, not to mention the amazing sunsets). Relax in front of the wood-burning stove in the lounge. In the morning, enjoy a home-cooked breakfast from a wide choice of dishes.
We are both outdoor enthusiasts and will gladly advise you on information about the local area. Tony is a qualified kayak coach. We love the Highlands, the islands and the ocean and want to create a special place for you to relax and enjoy them.
